Q. Could my Ashes to Stone Urn be affected by a home fire or water damage?
A. Unlike other Urns where the Ashes are placed inside, we fuse the ashes in with our patent pending stone-like mixture. It would take a very hot fire in a period of time to damage the Urn. The only thing that may be affected would be the seal coat, which can be repaired. In regards to the water damage, there again the seal coat may be effected if it set under water for some time but can be repaired by applying a new seal coat. All the Ashes will remain intact with the Urn either way. The Urn is like stone and stone holds up very well under these conditions.
Q. What if I break or damage the Urn ? Can it be fixed?

Q. I do not have a fireplace mantel. Where would be a good place to set the Urn?
A. It is a unique one of a kind Urn that reminds me of a piece of art work that can be placed anywhere in the home or office. You could place it on a shelf and place a picture of the beloved pet next to it. It could be placed on a coffee or end table in the living or family room. Or on a night stand next to your bed. You could set it on a window sill, anywhere you feel comfortable with. My sister has made a box shelf for her Pet Urn and placed it by the front door; she had told me that every time she goes in and out the door she runs her hand over the Urn as if she was saying hello or goodbye to her beloved dog.
